Makeup-
When it comes to prepping the face I cannot live without VEIL Mineral Primer. This product gives the face a nice satin feel and finish. I love it because it has SPF 15, it restores moisture to dehydrated skin, it minimizes the appearance of large pores and fine lines, extends durability of the makeup throughout the day and minimizes shine! Plus it is oil, fragrance, paraben, gluten, sulfate, and phthalate free!!
When it comes to foundation, the Makeup Forever HD foundations are definitely my favorite. I love them because they are a silicone base makeup. You get great wear out of it throughout the day and wont absorb into the skin at all! I also use this personally and I have come to find it’s the only foundation I don’t break out with at all!
My favorite eye primer would have to be Mac’s paint pots- Soft Ochre, and Painterly. The pots reduce creasing in the makeup. Soft ochre is a yellow base cream and painterly is more of a porcelain base. Just rub a little on the eyelid before I apply the shadow.
I also love HD powder by Makeup Forever. It has a velvet finish that finishes off the face perfectly. Helps keeps the face oil free all day.
Hair-
Onesta Liquid Setting Mist. I love it for when I curl hair. Just mist the hair and it will help keep body and curl memory in the hair. Doubles up as a light hairspray too.
Dust it! This is my secret to up-do’s and creating awesome volume. I sprinkle a little on the roots for added texture or all over for hold and volume.
Kerastase Double Force Hairspray is my go to aerosol. Its non-sticky and gives the perfect hold to all my styles. It also has UV protection from sun! Great for my clients who I prep for outdoor events.
